The Unique Meunier's Footprint ...

Anchored in the Taillet-Régnier house, the king of Vallée de la Marne grape variety has always been the precious link between the Terroir and the wine that flows from it: Sur le Grand Marais, Bansionensi, and Le Bois de Binson represent the strongholds and atypical of my attachment to this fabulous grape variety that is Meunier.

MEUNIER BLANC

M ULTI VINTAGE 2014-2016

EXTRA-BRUT

​

 

Bansionensi expresses the true essence of Meunier. "Bansionensi" comes from the Latin name of Baslieux-Sous-Châtillon, a village in the Belval Valley where Meunier is king.

​

A rigorous selection of very old vines planted on clay, limestone and flint brings the true expression of this grape variety that is Meunier.

 

​

 

Blend: 100% Meunier

Terroir: “Les Pierreuses” and “la Brusse”, plots of Bainsonois.

Soils: Clays, limestone and flint

Aging: Minimum 36 months on laths and tips, cork stopper and clip.

Fresh, intense, aromatic nose. An explosion of aromas of exotic fruits and citrus fruits.

 

In the mouth, sweet, smooth and elegant aromas. fresh and

complex.
